Directions to meeting site: from I-25 in Albuquerque, exit the interstate at the San Mateo/Osuna exit and go west on Osuna for about a mile, past Jefferson and Academy Parkway, to Chappell. Turn north onto Chappell and immediately turn left into the south-side parking lot for the USFWS office. We can access the meeting room from the south-side doors rather than go in through the main lobby entrance on east side, which is kept locked these days.
